When will my order be shipped?

please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched, i'm a one person so it can get overwhelming at times. but of course i am doing my best for you :)

* Business days are Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays)

How often are the drops?

the drop is usually every month, but this is not guaranteed. be sure to check the instagram for the latest!

How do I wash the socks?

We recommend washing your socks in cold water with a small amount of detergent, then air dry if possible. check the instagram for care instructions in a story highlight!

Are your socks authentic?

Yes - all socks are purchased from Nike or their licensed retail partners. 

What sock size am I? 
Here is a size guide, taken from Nike. If you are between sizes, we suggest to size up.

 What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the business, i am unable to accept returns of socks. Please email dyequinndye@gmaill if you have any further questions.
